Shipping Policy – Ellora

At Ellora, we are committed to delivering your orders on time with care and reliability through our trusted partner DTDC.


📦 Order Processing Time

  • Paid and completed orders are shipped within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM).

  • Orders requiring alterations are dispatched within 3–5 business days.

  • Custom orders may take 1 week, depending on the complexity of the design.


🚚 Shipping Details

  • All orders are shipped via DTDC.

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.


💰 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are shown during checkout.

  • During free shipping offers, charges will be waived and not displayed to the customer.


📍 Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping and billing details before placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause processing or delivery delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate address entries.


✍️ Signature Requests

If you require a signature on delivery, please mention this in the order notes at checkout. By default, domestic deliveries do not require a signature.


📩 Order Tracking

  • You'll receive:

    1. A confirmation email after your order is processed (within 48 hours).

    2. A shipping email with your DTDC tracking number.

  • Please allow 1–4 business days for tracking to show updates.

  • If your tracking hasn't updated after the expected delivery date, please contact us.


⚠️ Shipping Responsibility

Once your package is handed over to DTDC, shipping responsibility lies with the courier. In case of delivery issues, kindly contact DTDC directly with your tracking number.
